This new campaign for The Ad Council, called 'Tear the Paper Ceiling' was destined to shed light on “the paper ceiling” – highly qualified job candidates who are turned down due to a lack of formal education or resume credentials.
My work consisted of designing and creating a wide range of storyboards with the aim of highlighting the work that these people can do, and empowering the audience to create necessary change in the workforce in an emotional and inspiring way.
